2024/03 Our customers come from a wide range of industries and vary in size. The effects of the skilled labor shortage are not felt equally everywhere, but they are present everywhere.
Through our work, we have a very broad perspective on what does not work in the area of intercultural skilled labor acquisition. This is true from both the perspective of the immigrants and that of the companies and integrating teams.
Thanks to the SEPT team at Leipzig University for the excellent organization and the amazing hospitality of the AHK and the Vietnamese partners on site!
We want to share our journey with you and will report more soon ;-)

We wanted to know how our Leipzig entrepreneurs are really doing with the Corona crisis. Therefore, in April 2020, we surveyed 230 Leipzig entrepreneurs about the current situation in collaboration with the University of Leipzig.
In June 2023, Quantensprung accepted the invitation of Leipzig's twin city Krakow as part of a Leipzig business delegation to deepen its entrepreneurial network. Numerous entrepreneurs from Lviv also took part despite the war in Ukraine.
