Introduction
In June 2023, Quantensprung accepted the invitation of Leipzig's twin city Krakow as part of a Leipzig business delegation to deepen its entrepreneurial network. Numerous entrepreneurs from Lviv also took part despite the war in Ukraine.
The background to the meeting was the improvement of cooperation between Polish, Ukrainian and German companies. The meeting was accompanied by legal competence in labour law for cooperation in the current political situation. For the coming reconstruction work after the war, it is particularly important to build on the forms of cooperation that are currently possible.
Who did we meet? For example, a Ukrainian textile manufacturer that produces shoes and clothing for famous brands as well as for No Names. Manufacturers of beds, mattresses, windows, special ladders as well as modular house providers, interior decorators, interior designers and photovoltaic dealers.
Why is Quantensprung involved here as a consulting company? There is more than one reason:
On the one hand, the Quantensprung network is also available to your customers. We use it in the course of project work.
Quantum leap projects often have a political impact. Personal conversations and experiences open up perspectives.
And of course we brought new project approaches with us. Maybe you will read about it ;-).
My conclusion: an important exchange that went far beyond the economic one.
